How much does an NIPT cost in London?
NIPT prices in London range from £295 (Aneuploidy NIPT) to £950 (KNOVA) when you arrange your own blood draw. A Jeen Clinic Network blood draw in London adds £40 and a home-nurse visit adds £65. Where can I get an NIPT in London?

When during pregnancy can I take an NIPT in London?
Our NIPTs in London can be taken from 9 or 10 weeks of pregnancy, depending on the test. Aneuploidy NIPT, Panorama NIPT, Panorama Microdeletions and Unity Complete Screen start at 9 weeks; PrenatalSafe 3 UK, VeriSeq v2 NIPT, Niptify NIPT and KNOVA start at 10 weeks. Suitable for singleton pregnancies. If you are expecting twins or have used donor eggs or a surrogate, please speak to our midwife before ordering. Our midwife confirms suitability in your consultation.
How accurate is NIPT in London?
NIPT is a screening test, not a diagnosis. Detection rates exceed 99% for Down's syndrome (Trisomy 21); for Edwards' (T18) and Patau's (T13) detection is also high but can be somewhat lower, and for rarer conditions such as microdeletions it is lower and less certain still. A higher-chance result should be confirmed with a diagnostic procedure such as CVS or amniocentesis, which will be discussed with you in a follow-up consultation. Occasionally a sample does not give a result; if that happens we redraw free of charge. Each test's page gives its own detection rates.
How long do NIPT results take in London?
Turnaround ranges from 2-4 working days (PrenatalSafe 3 UK) to 17-21 working days (Unity Complete Screen), depending on the test. It is counted in working days from when the lab receives your sample, so allow extra time for the sample to reach the lab. Your midwife reviews every report before it's shared with you.
Do I need a GP referral for NIPT in London?
No referral required. Anyone aged 18+ in London can book any of our NIPTs directly with Jeen Health. Your kit is dispatched by next-day delivery after your midwife consultation and signed consent, and your midwife reviews every report before it's shared with you.
